Mariner's Mark on the Chesapeake is a prestigious community of private residents who have chosen to live in this special environment. In a condominium community, basic rules are necessary to insure harmonious living. Each resident is entitled to the use of their unit and all common facilities, but only in a manner that respects the rights of other residents. Our Rules & Regulations are determined by common sense, fairness and decency. Your Board of Directors sincerely hope you will read and follow the rules, take responsibility for the conduct of your guests, and strive to make Mariner's Mark a safe, secure and pleasant community. 

The board meets quarterly in January, April, July and October. All meeting agendas are posted in your building lobby by Friday before the meeting. A half-hour homeowner forum begins at 6:30pm, and the formal meeting begins at 7:00pm. Meetings are open to all homeowners.
